  Ordered nine pizzas to be delivered for a birthday party. Agreed time and price the night before and I pointed out that I needed the pizzas ten minutes after the advertised opening time. I was assured that this was no problem but pizzas eventually arrived 25 minutes late, not impressed :-( . If it's any consolation, the pizza was nice and the delivery driver was sympathetic.
